Outer Limits 4x4 Board

I know the shape on the left came in extra cab with RFS - obviously

However I have never seen the later one on the right with extra and RFS. Do these exist from factory? If not is it as easy as a body swap?

If we never got RFS in that model here in Oz I doubt they would have anywhere else.
The front 2 body mounts each side should be same (same on every other hilux variant) but the rear 1 (or 2) would surely be different. That's compared to either the single or dual cab chassis.
The extra cab had extra long wheelbase in the later models, 122", so changing to RFS chassis would reduce that to 110". Or you could put it on 4runner chassis at 106".
