GU 2.8 oil amounts etc!

sorry i kniow this is prob a Tonka or my answers are somewhere but i cant find it! but what i need to know is what oils are there to change on my GU 2.8d and what amounts shuold it take? please

check out
www.vavoline.com.au it has amounts and grades for every thing. can do filter and oil kits for you to your door if you are interested

About 6.5L for the engine` but i cant rember what oil Grade
