Just picked up my new truck(Pre-loved), and the paint looks like it is covered in turtle wax ( White cloudy film )
Rubbing with a soft cloth just seems to smear it.
What cound i use to remove the waxy film.

Just a good scrub and a new polish should bring it back up.

I used to be a detailer and I would definately use Prepwash, bearing in mind, you will have to polish it again afterwards as this removes any polish currently on the car.

Good old Dawn washing liquid will strip all wax and be cheaper. Keep in mind you will need to glaze & wax afterwards.
