Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Guys as above got a used premier winch for use in a comp everythin works fine but when ya turn the lever too free spool she is not realy free spooling it is very hard too pull the line off the drum .

So much so that you can actualy engage it and winch it out as fast..

Does anyone know if you can adjust the brakes o these winches ?

Or any other advise on how to get it oo free spool faster would be appreciated.

Tried a brand newie today and in free spool she turns nice and fast.

maybe the "gearbox" is full of grease! if there's to much grease on the inside, it will be very hard to freespool!
Just check it and then tell what was the problem.

Gearbox was chokas full of grease on all 3 sets of planitery gears its better now but still not as fast as i would have thought in free spool
