can i ask how the die's are made
eg by some one else or do the pplz making these peices make the die's and how

These were made using combination of milling and sand casting and lots of grinding and sanding.

What are u doing with these, they are gona make a fair few i gather? Are u supplying these to a aftermarket company?

We will not make many.. Probably a 100 sets a year or so.. TJs are not common here and these are for CJ-TJ conversions mainly.

Salaam ehsan,
do you use high UV tolerant plastic for the lenses or is that too hard to come by. I am guessing that you may even make your own plastic granules.

I have not seen them make the indicators yet but I am sure there is no special plastic that they use.
