hi just what to no abought a 1982 1 lt sook when thay snap a cam belt do the valves hit the pistont asp if you can get back to me on my site thankyou

I believe he is talking about if a zook motor is a interference free motor or not.

Yes they are. Snapping a cam belt will not stuff valves. (Correct me if i am wrong)

Snapping a cam belt in a 1.0 suzuki motor won't wreck anything else. I had the oil restrictor in the head block so starved the cam of oil and caused a bearing to grab which snapped the cam belt. My father was driving it at the time and got my uncle to tow him home. He tried to start the thing all the way home the way home by towing it in gear :x . I inspected the valves and pistons when I got the head off and there was no sign of interference. Although after saying that the engine started to burn oil after :cry:
