Windscreen frame rust

Just wondering which way to start attacking the rust in my sierra, all the rust is in removable panels eg windscreen frame and windscreen frame supports (soft top).
So do I cut and fill or go to a wreckers and find good condition replacements? I hate trying to fix rust as it often reappears, so option 2 is appealing. I also just found this,
http://cgi.ebay.com.au/ws/eBayISAPI.dll ... gory=34166 and was wondering if this is a good/bad idea?

I got told that it was not worth while fixing the windscreen surround - better to just replace it.
You may also want to consider just replacing all the parts or replacing the whole body... i got a whole body / chassis for under two hundred bucks, then sourced another body to get a spare set of doors and windscreen surround from - i guess it just pays to know people (i.e. i found these through the suzuki club).
Apparently you can also get a fibreglass windscreen surround for a sierra from somewhere in QLD - not sure what the company name is - but they are meant to be less than 200 i think.
cheers

Thanks nook,
I rang those guys up $396 for the windcreen frame, I think I'll bog it till there nothing left then start thinking about a replacement.
