On a manual locking hub SJ413 I just tried to put it into 4H without locking the hubs and now the transfer case is stuck in neutral.
Anyone tell me if theres a quick fix.
I forgot it was a manual locking hub model.
Thanks

Sounds like you've got a rooted rubber bush under the shifter. Just pull the lever off and you'll see if that's the problem. Or do a search on it, it's been covered many times before
Mark.

I had the same problem last week. I pulled out the shifter and adjusted the selectors and now it works fine. I didn't see a bush or any part of a bush and the picture in the manual doesn't show one either. What gives?

Cairns Zook you will probably find a lot of green snot when you pull out the selector, that was your rubber bush. Get a new one. I got stuck in neutral out in the middle of nowhere when I first bought my Zook, complete newbie (not much better now) took us 2 hours with a screwdriver to get 4L and get going again.

Sorry Mark, would much rather support your store, but it was a case of needed transfer running asap, and genuine was in stock 10 min away.
