Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi yall,got a 02 gu wagon,3 litre,currently running 265/75/16 coopers which are just about shagged.Thinking of putting bridgestone dueler m/t 285/75/16 on.My only concern with the bigger tyres is how much it will accentuate the turbo lag thats already evident.Any thoughts would be appreciated.

Also anybody running the rapid tuning module on the 3 litre,and hows it go,performance wise.

I have a 3lt gu3 2002 model patrol with 33s or 285-75-16 bf goodrich A/Ts and i found you get a wider range with the turbo and still some low down lag and fuel economy doesnt suffer much at all. hope this helps.
All in all im happy with the 33s but im thinking about a d-tronic
