I haven't seen any posts that have this as a query ...... so piont me in the right direction if such exists .... Wanting to put the radiator on back of tray of custom extra cab troopy wondering if anyone has done it , was going to bring pipes thru cab and just lag them so as i don't get 70 Degree burns , straight thru firewall and then to block . with an inline pump somewhere along the line !
Open to suggestions .....

wondering the same thing (cant fit a 302 and radiator in a rocky  ) i was thinking of using 35mm gal pipe as i can get it easy and can bu just about any angled and shape fitting. its very strong and esy to work with. then run an electric water pump and 4 core aluminium radiator with twin 12 inch thermos squeezed in.

i think it should flow well enough and cool enough for what i need.

not a fan of Gal ..... its a sh!t to weld up ! just use steam pipe and do the same , still wanting to know if there is an easy and hard way to do it . Cause knowing me i'll take option B which will do my head in and then someone will tell me about an easy way.

the main reason i was going to use gal is because i wasnt going to weld it at all, just use the elbows and pink tape or thread sealer which i have here at home, and i was also going to run the pipe between the chassis and the body as i have body lift.

won`t be legal to run it through the cab, if you get the upper tank above the motor you may get away with the stock water pump and a good material to use is aluminised ehaust pipe with rubber bends

i would lean towards copper b class tube u can buy it lagged and then just wrap it with that heat tape stuff they use on extractors . and i wouldnt run it threw the cab imagen the heat it would put out i know my littile hilux get fairly hot on most trips in the cab then u put some thing that hot running threw it , it would be very uncomfertabvul.
and its ligjter than steam pipe or gal pipe .
