HJ60 fuel tank
During the wagon chop, I noticed the fuel tank has two fuel lines coming out of the tank and go to a plastic "thing"...then the two lines come out the other side and go back to the fuel tank.
I have no idea what this is for, and without pics you guys may find it hard to understand what part I am talking about....but if you do...
what is this bit? and do I need it? Can I remove it and just plug up the holes in the tank?

AFAIK its basically a breather, allows any excess/overflow fuel from leans etc (and expanding gases) somewhere to go, then allows the fuel to return to the tank.
I plumbed all the 'extra' hoses into a manifold (box tube with outlets) and ran one tube up behind the tray.

Plumb them all into the one outlet at the fuel filler? You could, but may have probs later on different angles/leans. As long as air can get into and out of the tank, shouldnt be a prob.
I ran all four small ones into a booty manifold on the r/h chasis rail and then ran one long hose up behind the headboard. I used an old diff breather on the end to prevent crap from getting into the tank.
