as per topic title, can you legally get away with running a stinger bar on-road. toying with the idea as I want to try and build a tube bar to get the weight down on my shorty MQ.

according to current regulations, all bar work must be safe, with no sharp potrusions, and also, according to an engineer all legal bar work must angle back towards the vehicle, so if you hit someone they will end up on the bonnet,

The rules state that the bar must follow the contures of the vehical and not have any protrustions.
