Outer Limits 4x4 Board

G'day everyone, I have a steering wobble that I think is comming from my steering box. There is prob 10mm play in the box and it has a slight knocking noise in it when I turn it.

should the noise be there and how much play is normal? I have replaced the wheel bearings, relay rod, tie rod ends, wheel balance and wheel alignment and am about to do the panhard rod bushes as well.
