Outer Limits 4x4 Board

just lately have noticed that when applying pressure to the brake pedal there is a slight pressure build up then it relaxs, then it builds up again to a point and eases as the pedal gets to the full lock position under normal driving conditions. I've been too lazy to check but do you think its air in the line?
