warn winch motor on magnum winch

funny that i ordered a magnum winch motor and it turned out to be more expensive than the warn XD9000 motor so i got the warn and have just fitted it to the bar and tested it. Works great problem is the when you hit the wind in switch it winds out! and vice versa. bugger. Any ideas? I've wired it up correctly a bit weird i reckon....
