should be the same, from memory.
Why are you replacing them though? Its not that often a rangie chews out a wheel bearing... Unless you have some specific reason to do it, I'd just pull the hubs off, take the bearings out, clean them up with petrol or kero, check them for damage/excess wear, check the insides of the hubs, and then repack them with grease (I think 89 would be grease packed, rather than oil fed...), stick em back in and adjust them properly. Make sure you do the hubseals while you're in there, cause they're pretty likely to leak after being disturbed.

Cheers for that will repack and get new seals. Just have had a squel out of the drive train and thought it was the wheel bearings as it only makes the noise when hot but checked the bearings and seem fine will check diffs etc next thanks again.

interesting to hear that your RR bearings last that long. Same bearings as RR fitted to our S1 Disco and seals have been replaced twice in all round in 6 months. I think due to mud getting in behind mud shield and past seal. Once in there it don't take long for the rust to start! Have taken to checking them after every trip through mud now, and re-pack as needed. Cheaper than shelling out hundreds on new bearings and seals.
