WHAT IS THE GOING PRICE FOR A LOW MILEAGE 2003-2006 MOTOR COMPLETE WITH TURBO/INTERCOOLER ECT. ????????????????????????

Oriental 4x4 and Commercial wreckers in SA had a TD6 motor, gearbox and transfer case, with turbo, no cooler, 40,000kms old, for $10K
1HDFTE toyota 4.2 turbo for $9000 too

Also hear that there was a wreckers in Brokenhill with 2 TD-6 patrols. One wagon and one ute with good engines and diffs.
This was a few months ago, not sure if they're still there.

i do know where there is a GU motor thats been dyno'd at 300hp
thats forsale for around 10k ..... not much good for a daily driver tho

Have seen them from as low as 6 to 7k on ebay.

350k on the clock, still in car and runs well though the bearing in the turbo is on its way out and is low on boost. Can re bearing for $500.00ish, but if buyer has a turbo or can get a cheap turbo its all good. Can take exaust as well, 2.5" with hot dog, one rear stud is roken on the zaust manifold but will replace when it comes out when sold. buyer can have ALL the wiring, bits and peices anything out of the engine bay and can arange new belts, hoses, also can have radiator etc.
