what do you think its worth then?DEEV8 wrote:really? for a DX? (looks like a dx...? )
$0.00 Ive said it before, wouldnt have one if it was given to me.If thats cheap then how much would you expect to pay for a 2000 model ST 3.0TD auto, 113,000kms. Full service history, dual airbags, rust proofed & re-rustproofed. Full electrics cd player etc etc... Alloy bar & spots. (it has suspension/tyres but lets just say stock for comparisons sake)
Yes you would bruce, dont lie. As you should know by now that its the same auto thats in yours. So its just screeming for a TD42T.bogged wrote:what do you think its worth then?DEEV8 wrote:really? for a DX? (looks like a dx...? )

Anyone got a constructive comment on this and not a c**p comment like the one above?ACH wrote:'bout the same as a pair of my Aunty's knickers + a bit more!!GUJohnno wrote:Well, what sort of price would a 4.2 turbo intercooled 2004 GU St with 85,000kms on the clock and 6 months warrenty be worth?

And to answer your question - "how much would it be worth"?GUJohnno wrote:Anyone got a constructive comment on this and not a c**p comment like the one above?ACH wrote:'bout the same as a pair of my Aunty's knickers + a bit more!!GUJohnno wrote:Well, what sort of price would a 4.2 turbo intercooled 2004 GU St with 85,000kms on the clock and 6 months warrenty be worth?
I would suggest "real world" would be vastly different.alki wrote:According to carsales.com, 3.0 and 4.8 are worth about same and 4.2 is about 3-4K more(for 2002 model)
Considering that 4.2 was about 6k dearer and 4.8 about 4k dearer,3.0 held it's value the best.
Real world figures might be different, but that's what valuation on carsales.com show
I'd suggest a late model 4.2 intercooled should fetch $38-40k ish. The km are quite high but I'm assuming it's in good nick. Don't see too many for sale so you might be able to get better.GUJohnno wrote:Anyone got a constructive comment on this and not a c**p comment like the one above?ACH wrote:'bout the same as a pair of my Aunty's knickers + a bit more!!GUJohnno wrote:Well, what sort of price would a 4.2 turbo intercooled 2004 GU St with 85,000kms on the clock and 6 months warrenty be worth?
I would suggest you will get very close to this. Much sort after variant, and it's a long up to a new one - $55K+. Should sell pretty quick too.GUJohnno wrote:I need about $41,000 to pay out the lease.
It will be in imaculate condition.
