what divorsed transfer cases are out there?
patrol mq and g 60 i know but are no good as are both drivers offset.....
any in landcruiser or rover etc?
im putting mogs in a truck with 350 and turbo 700 and trying to decide on transfer case.... whether its easier for me to get a divorsed transfer case thats centre offset rear for the mogs and passenger offset for the front of the mogs......
or what transfercases are available that i can buy a marks adapters kit for the back of a turbo700r that have a centre offset rear and a passenger offset front?
i would just flip a gq transfercase upside down but i want to be able to do a few road kms in it and not sure how long it would last being upside down with oil pick ups etc.....
any suggestions?

have you bought the 350 and t700 yet? if not why not run a ford drivetrain like the mogrover does?

What about a Sierra case they are devorced and you can get lower gear sets for them

You could track down a Ford NP205 or NP203 out of a F Truck. They have devorced transfers, passenger side drop. If you can get an NP205 over a 203, you can also twin stick them.

I think the case would be alright upside down as they sling the oil from gear to gear??

I think the Atlas can now be done as a divorced case, if all else fails and the finances don't.

You can get them in passenger or drivers drop with centred rear, depends what truck they come from. They were factory fitted in Fords, Chevs and Jeeps.
You could also look at an NP 208 but the 205 would be better.
I have seen NP205's as low as $300.

3500 pajero t/c's are p/side front drive, very strong and are a sealed unit,ie dont leak oil when removed from the g/box. You can get 3.15 low range for them and they can handle factory 200kw

put them on upside down. then you don't need a passenger drop tcase and you can get a low rider too.

LT230's can be easily adapted to be a divorced case, but the front (and rear) outputs are on the wrong side. I have heard of people talking about flipping the LT230 to make the front output in the right place, but you would probably have a hard time makeing the selector shafts oil-tight.

use a transfer out of a navars centre rear left offset front same bolt up as patrol i think but marks does adaptors for them any way ,u can get gears from the states to suit if u need lower reduction

Lada Niva. fairly low ratios, twin stick. bit of a question mark over strength but they are cheap as chips.

The ratios are 1.2:1 high, 2.135:1 low, for reference.
I have the service manual for them somewhere as a pdf as well because I was looking at them as a second t case option ages ago - never proceeded though.
I haven't heard of them breaking but I also haven't heard of them being used much.

If you go the NP205 route, you can also get a conversion to add the reduction half of a NP203 aswell, giving you better low, as the NP 205 is only boit 1.9:1 low. But its pretty bulletproof.
Layto....

Lada Niva cases are meant to be very tough, but there's a question over the strenght of the rubber isolator used.
They're left output so would suit. The reduction ratio in high is good, but 2.1 low is the questionable bit

this is an interesting t case option....
basically i was all for using an MQ divorsed one as it was already on the auto....
but even flipped upside down it will be good on the front shaft and no good on the rear shaft....
so yeh id like a divorsed T case thats pass front drop, centre rear.
if i cant get that ( which im looking into the NP205 which i just got qouted $1500 from a wrecker as apparently they are rare?? ) ill just run a flipped GQ T case.....
but some good advice on this thread so far..... keep it coming, what other T cases apart from atlas have ppl run with mogs.....
