Outer Limits 4x4 Board

speedo cable in my ln106 broke bout 2 weeks ago, i put a new one on and all it does is vibrate eg (it works but when i sit on 100 (or any other speed) it vibrates from bout 96 to 104). i pulled it all apart and checked it all out again and i couldnt find any problems.can anyone help me out, what could be wrong

one of the bends in the cable is too sharp. The cable binds, then releases - its not like fencing wire, it can twist a bit.
