setting up hand brake on rear gq diff any ideas

i am putting gq diffs under a hilux and need ideas on which caliper and or disc combo, there is no room to put a tail shaft brake on the transfer has any one done this any ideas would be good

hey bud i thought i read somewhere that the newer 4.8L patrols come with hand brake in the rear disc and callipers, there is a possibility that you may be able to bolt them to yuor housing, but id sugest you get all the specs on disk sice, and caliper mounting bolt specs first,

im only taking a stab in the dark here

yeh, H260 rear diff from coil mount patrol, ie 4800, some 4500, and i have been told some 3Lturbos as well. handbrake is on the calipers and the calipers on this diff arer huge too, bigger than the rear diff on the rest of them.

I just have no idea about brakes, but im gonna try ansd use it for something seeing as its there......... :D (ive already got a handbrake on the transfer)
