Hey guys. Can anyone help me. My zook makes a terriblle clunking sound (like gears jumping) when under pressure. e.g. driving up steep hills or even when taking of hard in 2wd. its been getting worse so iv'e pulled the transfer out and pulled it apart but it seems to be fine except for the chain being lose but i was told this is normal as there is no tensioner in the case. should i start pulling out the gearbox or could it be something else...When driving normally it doesn't make any weird noises at all.

Cheers
