As it says, I bought an 80Series MC and booster to upgrade my hilux brakes and have just realised that it needs to be the non ABS one. Doesnt it?

it shouldn't matter as the abs is controlled after the master cyl. did u buy a new m/c or a second handone. beware a second handone if been left to sit a while might be gummed up with sludge and crap in the inside and the rubbers might be perished. also bleed the m/c before installing as this will help with bleding the brakes later.

The ABS one has a port coming out on top of the end aswell as the side...you most probably dont have that one....good upgrade though...

so can you use an ABS one if you block the unwanted parts?

I am using an 80 series ABS master in my 75 series. Like simkell said, the ABS mechanism is not built into the master, unlike in the 100 series. I even use the front port for the front braking circuit and the rear port for the rear, not reversed as in the ABS 80.
