Ok i'am going to do a night event soon and need to put some winch cable horns on but dont no where to put them i'am going to change the lights and put 240's up the top and put the 170's down were the arrows are so i can't put the horns at the top where most put them .
Someone must have done something like this before so any pics or advice on where to put them would be great thanks

Joe i think you should get rid off all spotties off your cheesy bar and run them on your roof.
Then your bar is free for cable moutns etc etc.

Mates car he has same bar, with Hella 4000's on the side then runs a piece of tube with flat bar welded to it so you can bolt it to the spotlight holes on the bar, with the horns welded to the tube. Make sure that each of your horns are 1 piece and bent so they have no sharp or pointy edges.
Dave.

Make them removable and attach them to the front of the hoop on the Cheezy bar so they stick out the front and then go up in an L shape hook.
Removable keeps them street legal.

but chances are they are not removed when you get pulled over..... how many people would only put lights on to go wheeling

thats very similar to mine dave, i can also remove the horns as they are old attached by 2 bolts although not at wide as the white shorty.
