Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Could those that have done coil conversions to their sierra's give me some idea of what spring rates they are running? Would like an approximate to get running gear under it then fine tune once running gear is attached.

I run 200lb in the rear of mine
if i was coiled front and rear id like somthing around the 185 190 mark

I'm running 200lb front and rear in mine.
