CDS Fan relay in 80 series - what is it

I figure it must be for the a/c condensor fan in different models. Mine is a 4.5 auto. There seems to be a spare plug that comes out from under the harness about a 1/3 of the way anlong at the top in from of the radiator. I am fitting a fan onto the oil cooler for insurance and was going to cut into this plus and use the cds relay. However until i find out what it does, I can't find out where the trigger wire is.
thanks

CDS relay is for the air con condenser fan. Well, it is on a Surf. I would go with a seperate relay if installing another fan.

CDS is condensor fan as stated, and the 2 pin connector near top of condensor with the heavyish wires is the power for the fan.
The relay trigger is a little more complicated. On vehicles with the CDS fan, the a/c pressure switch (near the receiver dryer IIRC) has 4 pins instead of the standard 2.
The CDS fan only operates with a/c on AND the outside ambient temp is high enough and low airflow through condensor, causing the system pressure to be higher and trigger the CDS relay. I'm sure that's what I figured on my old VX.
