Just wondering what people have used for reservoirs for their lockers. i'm looking to get some air lockers soon and rather than buy an arb compressor i want to use my max air and make a reservoir. just after some ideas.
Thanks

Thats a nice set up, very good indeed! is that a small gas bottle? Do you know the creator? i'd like to pick his brain!

an old fire extinguisher, i found this one dumped on my worksite down at seaford, just the right size for under a zook, and will hold heaps of air for the horns

Go to your local truck spares and get an air tank that will fit where you want it.

exactly, get one with a drain valve and pressure relief already on it.
also look at some wrecked trailers while there, they have some great tanks in them, long and not too round, perfect to tuck up out the way.
You can run more than just lockers then!

i recently fitted a truck reservoir (about 18 litres), after my Maxair. It uses an electrical/air sensor cut in/out switch, non return valve and unloader line so the compressor doesn't have to try and start under full load. works well, and can run my air ratchet for short bursts too.

That is murcod's setup. IIRC its an old bottle from a propane blowtorch.
It fits into the standard max air bag aswell.
