Get ya wheel alignment and front end checked. You dont sound like you are too confident at identifying the faults (no offence meant :D ), so maybe it might be better to get it looked at. Getting a front end inspection and wheel alignment should give you and idea of the problem. More info would help too, for instance when it started, did you hit anything etc, what tyres, and how this wheels funny angle looks etc. Photos are good too.

It could be a wishbone Ball Joint, a wheel bearing, or an inner wishbone bush as they all have an affect on the camber angle. It could also be a track rod end as that would make you car wander. As Lay80n said, best to get it checked out. ;)

by the look of that, i'd buy a new one. if you weld it, chances are it gonna crack again. those type of steel are high strenght, not sure if it's heat treated or pressed

Yup, that was your fault all right. I'd never have guessed that one.

Has anyone else suffered this fault? Just wondered if it is something I should be making stronger.

It's almost as though the side of the arm with no bumpstop has tried to go much further... resulting in the crack..

Have you been off any big jumps lately?? lol
