This is on my list of things to do, but just thought I'd get some tips and info before I dove into it.....
1. How much wider are the 60 diffs?
2. With the location of the diff centres, is it still possible to do this conversion? Do the diffs have to line up with the Tcase etc?
3. Has anyone done this conversion and was the difference noticable?
Any info on the conversion will be greatly appreciated!

1. If you search there are many posts quoting the widths (hub to hub) of 40series 60 series 80 series 100series and hilux.
2. It doesnt have to be but it is much better to have them in line. You may need a longer slip joint with them misaligned, but aslong as the pinion flange and drive flange on your TC are in parallell the driveshaft will work no problem.
3. dont know. Search maybe?

Offset cruiser diffs are a problem in the back of hiluxs as theres no room for the fuel tank as the rear tail shaft needs to go through it.
