when running a 2 peice shaft in the rear would it matter about angle if you do a 2" engine gearbox lift?

yes, youll need to chop out the excess on the mounting tabs on the centre bearing, i think you can get about 45mm out of it to get it right up against the cross member. If you are planning on lifting the engine up 2" as well then do this first, then the tcase lift, then modify the centre bearing to suit as it will need to tilt down from its current position otherwise it will rub and clap out pretty quick.

I did all this (except tilt it) and ended up just getting a one piece shaft made out of my old one as i had lifted the engine after modifying the bearing and lifting the tcase, the shaft was dead straight anyway. If you dont lift the engine then you should be ok without tilting the CB at all.
