I gotta make a new fuel line, return line and a breather line to the coal filter.

Where do I go to buy the tube from?

The new fuel lines for my car came from the local en-zed distributor i think... It was called High Pressure EFI Hose Line (would you believe) and was about 40 bucks a meter (eek!).

You can also get something similar from your local Autobarn - i went and picked up some more hose from there and it was way cheaper - 8 bucks a meter...

I think you'll find that the hoses will be rated according to BAR's - as in barometric pressure... as you probably already know - 1bar = 14.something psi... just make sure you get hose that can hold the pressure you are going to be putting through it...

I'll find out what pressure mine is rated for if you like.

Cheers,
Greg

Holy SHIT!

If I have to pay that kinda coin for fuel lines those nimrods at the WRECKERS that cut them instead of taking the 30 seconds to unbolt them would want to be lying low!!!! :bad-words: :bad-words: :bad-words: :bad-words: :bad-words:

If you're running the lines to and from your fuel tank (that's what I get from reading the above?) then the proper steel fuel line is the go. It should work out a lot cheaper than using the rubber reinforced EFI hose mentioned above.

I've used it before and run a new supply line, you just need a small pipe bender and flaring tool to make a neat job. Once the line is run part way up the firewall you just flare the end and use EFI hose to run the last section to the engine.

Not sure what the proper name for the steel tubing is though??? Bundy tubing or something like that rings a bell??

check with an efi speicalist. or you can try a brake place. as they sell the tube in different sizes. even pirtek or enzed are likely to have somthing. its pretty cheap. and they can flare the ends for you so the hose doesnt come off.

to save a few buck's you can use efi hose for feed and normal fuel hose for return. or buy s/steel tube and supercheap have cheap small guage tube benders.
