ok i have a small problem i have got the 1.3lt diffs under project "gremlin" and i went to bolt up the drive shafts and i found that the bolt holes dont line up so what i want to know is what have people done to overcome this? i know i can drill the holes out (but do i drill the drive shaft or the diff flange) but what else have people done? Can i put the 1.3lt driveshaft end onto the 1lt driveshaft (are the unis the same?)???
Any advice will be helpfull as i would like to be driving this thing soon

1.3 ans 1.0 narrow tracks use same size unis, just 1.3's have exterior clips, unlike the 1.0 with interior clips.
I not sure if that is true for wt but think it is.
to convert my 1.3 gearbox to my 1.0 driveline I used half the 1.0 and half the 1.3 yokes.
Should be same process for tailshaft to diffs

PS.
I used 1.o unis, with internal clips, because if you use 1.3 unis, the cap has no way of being held in.
But you can use 2 caps of a 1.3 and 2 of a 1.o on the uni, whatever you got thats best.

I also believe you can remove the flange from the 1.3 diff and slide on the 1.0 flange, as another choice.
But I'm not sure about wt stuff, need to learn more.

thats fine but i am doing this on a tight budget and i have changed the diffs and not the t/case and i have the 1lt drive shafts (and spare 1lt diffs that were originally on it) so i dont see the point of spending more money than i have to to get 1.3lt drive shafts that i dont really need
