Outer Limits 4x4 Board

If i can score 4 33x12.5x15 MTR's on 15x8 rims, would $800 Be a good price?
oh and they have done about 8000Kms and no punctures

they can be had for around $260 new + Rims at $50ea... so sounds fair.
