Brake load sensing proportioning valve

Since going to Toyota Hilux diffs and brakes fitted to my Suzuki Jimny the rear Brake load sensing proportioning valve spring has never been reconnected to the unit, and when i brake hard i always lock up the left hand rear wheel, now it has not fussed me for a while, but the other day i had to stop real quickly and it locked up the rears and did not stop at the intersection .So ive had enough and wanna do something about the problem,as it should be getting most brake fluid to the front brakes not rear.So today i have played around with the lever on the proportioning valve ,ive found out when the lever is all the way to the right ,the Jimny locks brakes almost instantly,in this position to be normally like this the vechile must be full of weight for the lever to get to that position ,am i correct? so then i moved the lever heaps to the left and cable tied it and went for a drive ....did not lock up as easily but still locks the rear wheels ,and i dunno why?The way i see it there is a certain pressure to the front and rear brakes ,if the Brake load sensing proportioning valve spring is not fitted the pressure will always stay the same ,if the spring is fitted then pressure will change only when weight is applied to the vechile and causing the lever of the proportioning valve to move which will change rear brake pressure ,so if i was carring alot of weight the rear will get alittle more fluid causing the rear brakes to work abit harder, but i still should lock the front wheels up is this right
? IF i am right i have a problem im still Using my standard Jimny master cylinder and maybe cause im pushing 8 pistions in the front brakes now instead of 2 there might be a pressure difference/drop ?? I thought when i would of moved the factory lever to the left it would of cured the problem but it hasn't .So what do i do? do i fit a adjustable bias valve like this one http://www.bbmotorsports.com.au/prod2537.htm and would i connect it to my existing load sensing proportioning valve and adjust my spring to suit .I think that should work now,as i would of reduced some line pressure to rear brakes from this willwood bias valve ,and when i have a big load the lever from my factory load sensing propotioning valve should still work and move the lever to the right giving me more line pressure to rear brakes when i need it ..Or do i throw away my Brake load sensing proportioning valve and just fit the Willwood Brake Bias Valve to go into my rear brake line ?any advise would be of great help .
