idle air valve - disconecting

Post by Rotazuk »

Hi
I am getting back into setting up the megasquirt in the rangie and after having my laptop stolen and am after an easy way out to block the idle air valve , if I need to . Either powering it closed or just planking it off . Anyone done this before and have an easy way .

Cheers

Chris

find a bolt that fits and use that or you can unplug it before start it should be wound pretty well out - there are procedures on the net on how to wind it all the way in or out
