fuel filler

doing a 2'' bl on hilux dual cab tray back and was wondering best way to cut/ access the filler pipe?
why do u want to cut the filler pipe?
I just undid the clamps and jimmied the hose off each metal tube and then re-clamped. Simple.
Alternativley, cut up some 2'' steel tube or body block (if plastic) and slot inbetween the tank and its mounting bracket, lifts the tank up 2 inch , more clearance!
