Ratio's for massive tires ?

How much do you need ?
Here is what i was thinking, 40 inches or so under a suzi witha 1.6 and 5 speed and transfer, transfer having reduction gears of course

What final ratio would you recomend???
100:1 ?
150:1 ?
200:1 ?
