Roadworthy should be a pink slip, like what you get to register a car each year in NSW. Any mechanic that is a registered AIS should be able to do it, provided the zook will pass.

Not correct, the blue slip is used to either change registration details or rego an un-rego car (or change rego from state to state). Pink slip and blue slip qualifications are seperate, not all places that do pink slips do blue slips as well. If you need a blue slip you will have to make sure that the place you take it to can do blue slips too.

incorrect.

not all pink slip providers can do a blue slip. you have to be specifically licenced to do a blue slip... blue slip is used for unregistered vehicles... just the same as you have to be specifically licenced to do LPG..... both pink and blue slips....

pick your mechanic as a blue slip provider not a pink slip one as a pink slip one cant to blue slips... but a blue slip provider can do both.

If you go to www.myrta.com they will have all the info you need. On that web site somewhere there is a list of all the places in NSW that do blue slips also.

Cheers Mick.

You don't need a pink slip to sell a car in NSW
