Soak in WD40, come back a bit later and tap around the edges with a ball pein hammer.... just like cone nuts, they should work their way loose.

gregories says
(6) Support the propeller shaft on a partially opened vice and using a metal drift, tap one of the bearing cups in to drive the other bearing cup out of the yoke.
(7) Again using the drift, tap the trunnion of the bearing just removed to drive the other cup back into, and then out of the yoke.
(8) Maneouvre the yoke and trunnion out of the propeller shaft or sliding joint.
