how to fit hood lining

hey guys i got a new hood lining made for my mk swb. I got it made from vinyl i ahve the windscreen out and i'm TRYING to fit this hood lining but with no luck i can get it in but it gets wrinkles in the corners 
. i have tried heating it up with a hair dryer but it doesn't work for me. maybe i have no idea or it takes skill. anyone else had this problem??
