Help RR Classic Bonnet Connections Exposed to Concealed.

Talking to a mate he reckons they might not be swappable but I have heard of it. Anyone got any tricks or comments?

the hinges are a different type one is a simple top hinge and the other is a counterweight and concealed hinge setup. So- has anyone made one fit the other and how.
for me it would be a concealed hinge bonnet on a rangie with exposed hinges.
I hope that makes sense

i would guess u would have to change some major parts of the body for it to work don’t see the point honestly

you at least have to swap the scuttle panel, and probably the full hinge assembly as well....
