I got a set of 15x7's sunrasiers and Goodyear Wrangler ATR'S 235/75/15 fitted with a 30mm Lovells coils to my LWB 92 Vitara and I now find the tyres stick out heaps from the body and I will need to fold back the outer lip on the rear whats the best way to do this ? and I will need to fit some flares whats the best way to fix them to the car ?

Thanks

Heya,
Depending on how far they're sticking out, 5-7mm thick rubber from your local Clarke Rubber (or the like) kind of store will do. If you're not too concerned about the longevity of the flares- metal threaded tec screws are ok, or, if you want to do it properly- use nut-certs.
To my understanding, you mark & drill the holes in the wheel arch lip after you've marked enough evenly spaced holes in the rubber to secure the flares to the body. Secure the rubber to the body by feeding the nut-certs through and the appropriate sized washers to hold them onto the body.
Your choice of rubber will deterine the final look. Rubber tube cut laterally & evenly will give a rolled look, or straight edged rubber will be a sharper finished look. They won't last forever, however, are cheaper to replace, if you tear them off on a bank or rocks, than say TJ Wrangler plastic flares or dedicated aftermarket products that are available, i.e. Bushwhaka's.

Hope that helps

dont hammer anything esp lips, or you wont have anywhere to fix the flares to. why do you need to fold back the lip on the rear? are the tyres rubbing on them?

clarke rubber, or foam and rubber shops should sell flares by the metre, either in 25mm, 50mm, or 75mm wide or there abouts.

On just about full tilt they touch and rub the rear lips in the centre of the wheel arch
