Will 305/70/16 Fit under an 80 with 3" lift?

Just want to make sure that 305/70/16 BFG's will fit on the 80 no probs with a 3" lift. On the coversion chart, from what I can make out, they appear to measure 33/12.5".

I am putting it all on this Saturday and dont want any surprises.

Also, will the sway bars go back on without extensions for the short term till I get spacers made?

Thanks,

Alec

I'll soon be fitting the 295 /75/16 BFG's to my 105 series and yes those tyres will fit easy as there the same height as a 285/75/16 just wider...HYPOZOOK has 315's on his 80 with 3" lift he also cleared them on his old 80 with slight scrapping with no lift

I pick up the rear locker next week. The front is on the shed floor.

I'm a bit dissapointed though, I put in an OME suspension kit, whick I was told was a 3" kit. Later found it was a 2.5" kit, then it only gave me a 2" lift. But the 305's look cool and fit nice. So what do I do ? Complain or just go with it as it still looks allright....for a family truck :?

the lift will depend on how heavy your cruiser is, what motor is in it, what model it started out being (1992 and b4 (s1) were 1 inch higher then the twincams and later (s2)) and how much she has sagged....

Question is do they scrub on full compression, if so you know you won't be happy
