just wondering which lines run to where on the vitara brake bias adjuster thats mounted on the a arm in the back.

do the two lines from the master cylinder run to the two holes that are close together, and the single hole runs down to the diff? or is it different?

It's different. The one that goes to the diff is the one more towards the centre of the valve of the the two together.
