did you search?
you need the GXL instrument cluster and either the skills and tools to fit a tach sensor to the fuel pump (requires complete pump disassembly, drill and tap M14x1.25mm from memory, reassembly, calibration and timing) OR get a fuel pump from a GXL or 75 series as they all had a tach from factory. you will also need the oil pressure sensor. all of the wiring is already there. you don't need a second fuel gauge, you can create a curcuit with a couple of transistors or a relay or two so that when you select the sub tank with the sub tank button, the gauge reads the level in the sub tank. the senders are the same in both tanks. if you're not up to running it all off the sub tank switch, you can install a separate switch to read the lvel in the sub tank or the main tank - in some ways this system is better as you can always check the level in both tanks witout changing which tank you are running from.
get an instrument cluster from a model that is close to yours in age -ie if you have an electronic speedo, get a cluster with electronic speedo. Don't try to adapt a petrol GXL cluster.
if you have a pre 1995/6 Std/DX with the vinyl head lining you can just install the overhead console - the wiring is all there - but if you have a leter model with a molded head lining then it is difficult to install the overehead console and have it look good - you have to cut the head lining very accurately for the overhead cluster to fit.
I think that's about it. summary - the cheapest and easiest way to do it is to buy a cluster and a fuel pump with the tach sensor already installed, then it is all plug and play.
cheers
