just make ya own. cost about $50 for the PVC pipe and bends and $30 for the head.
is easy to do and works as well as a bought one.

if ya want bling then get it made of exhaust pipe.

Yeh just build it yourself out of pvc, the 2" pipe fits perfectly down the drivers side inner quarter panel where the current induction tube is, you just need to drill the hole through the quarter panel in the right spot.
Also, leave the snorkel head loose so you can turn it around when needed, i made the mistake of securing mine forward, and it gets choked up with dust on really dusty trails like when dickheads from dept of wildfire bulldoze trails.

I just PM'd you.

Mine is home made with black plastic flexi pipe and some stainless steal. I didnt make it, was on the car when i got it but looks easy enough and looks ok. I have a 1L air box and can flick a switch to draw air from engine bar instead of snokel. I should put a bend down the bottom for better air flow but hey, there are a lot of things that I should do!

Airflow (I think) make a sierra snorkel, around the $350 mark. I am not presonally crazy about the look of them but they do work and there's no stuffing around to make it fit.

I have made a number of snorkels out of exhaust tube (including a Hummer snorkel at 4.5") and wouldn't be bothered making one for an application that you could buy a commercial snorkel for.

IMHO PVC pipe is great for hiding under a sink, and while I drive one of the ugliest cars ever, I wouldn't put it anywhere near my car. You can paint it any colour you like but it always ends up looking hack to me.

On another note, it tends to get brittle after long periods in the sun/heat and will one day explode impressively when you knock it on something. I have leant reallt hard on my snokel, (including resting heavily on it when I flopped over in March) and I know it has taken far more abuse than a PVC version could ever take.

Just my 2c worth.

For reference Dandan, here's what the airflow snorkel looks like. (pics)
It works, doesn't look too shabby and it's worth the money in time, parts & messing around. Damo was kind enough to sell me his stainless one for my house deposit, I mean rebuilt zook :D Bent properly and fits like it's factory- depends where you're at money wise too bud. Your brother and yourself might be able to bend up some 2 or 3" exhaust tube and flare the top end for the safari head, may be do it that way. Paint 'er up and it may be a winner. Send me pics when your done, or call me if you want some help.
Mike.
