Outer Limits 4x4 Board

G'day all

This is a just a bit off topic to Suzuki's but I didn't know where else to post it. I'm having trouble uploading a picture for my profile. I got a photo of my Zook and shrunk it to the right amount of KB. But apparently its got too many pixels. How do I fix this problem?

Go into a program like Paint Shop Pro or photoshop, and shrink the picture to the specified amount of pixels, ie 100x100

Yeh, I've done that. I use microsoft paint or whatever and went to the stretch and skew. I got the photo pretty damn small but still no success.
