Leaf Spring Measurements

Hi All,
Can anyone tell me what the inside diameter of the "mounting loop" or "spring eye" of some springs for a sierra are.
I know they are different at both ends, i'm after the measurement for the larger end (which i believe is the solid chassis mount end - rather than the shackle mount end).
Thanks,
Greg

Thanks mate...
Back to the drawing board again.
Anyone know of a Johnny Joint that is only 40mm in diameter? The BBO Bullocks are 50mm

I don't suppose you could tell me how wide the spring is could you? Again - at the eye's.
Thanks

Have you got a few springs tucked under your desk at work mate?
Thanks.

It's not terribly expensive to get aone leaf custom made .. for say a main leaf with a 50mm eye to accomidate the bollock .. I got quotes ages ago on longer main leafs .. it was about 80 or 100 bucks ..

Nice work NAM...
I guess the trick would be to find a set that are 40mm in diameter - that would allow you to fit them to a stock spring and keep the costs down considerably...
Check out these ones - they must only be 30 or so mm i guess to fit inside the rancho shock eyes right?

Hey NAM,
I've got a couple more questions for you if you've still got the spring under your desk...
1. how long is a rear Old Man Emu spring (i want this to be eye to eye but following the bend in the spring) - i.e. how long would it be if it were completely flat.
2. how much longer is that then a stock rear spring - again, measured as though it was competely flat.
Thanks
