I think anti-inversion shackles will stop acticulation. And you can always take a leaf or two out of the spring pack.

What is the rear spring pack designed for? Load carrying, height, comfort...?
As long as the shackle is angled back slightly towards the centre of the spring \ , the shackles are greased a 'normal' (non load carrying) spring will give reasonable articulation.
BUT, a sway bar and/or a light load will not allow the spring to 'work'.
An anti inversion shackle will only stop the shackle from locking back onto the chassis, not articulation.

not sure if the 60 has the same drama as the 75 but the best way Ive seen to get flex from a 75 rear was to get custom springs made 200mm longer from the center bolt to the front eye of the spring, then cut you front mounts off the remount them 200mm towards the front of the chassis. then slap on a set of drop shackles and wala. mabe dumb dunce could put in a bit more info or pm me and ill let you know what else i had to do.

Go back to you old springs

New spring will take a fair while to flex
