Outer Limits 4x4 Board

Hi, Just a quick question, I know the Surf/4Runner chassis is shorter than a Hilux, but is it the same wheelbase? is the extra length behind the rear wheels?
Mostly wanting to know if a Hilux duelcab, cab will fit on a surf chassis?
